When making a reservation, passengers are required to inform us in advance if they will be travelling with a pet. This information is necessary so that our driver is properly informed and can provide the service under the appropriate conditions.

You will need to wear the mandatory seat belt and use an appropriate vehicle (Maxi Taxi) to travel with your pet.

If the passenger fails to inform us during the booking process that they will be travelling with a pet, our driver may refuse or cancel the service at the pickup point if an appropriate pet restraint system is not available or if the assigned vehicle is not suitable for transporting the pet safely.

In such cases, our company shall not be held liable for any consequences arising from the inability to provide the service under the required safety and transport conditions.
